What happens if the weather or water conditions are not good?
If the water is too high or swift, we will not put people on the water. This is for your safety. The creek can rise several feet in a short time, and it can be totally sunny outside. If this is predicted, the trips will be cancelled.
We will also cancel any trips if lightening or heavy rain is in the area.
Trips will be rescheduled to meet your needs and keep everyone safe.
Weather and creek conditions are out of our control, and we appreciate your understanding when we must postpone your trip. Refunds are not given due to weather / creek conditions, but your trip can be rebooked at no cost to you.
